Today’s episode is about balance. Balance between being and doing. Balance between what’s in need of your attention and what isn’t. Most of all, it’s about internal balance. It’s about cultivating the right amount of all that you NEED in order for your existence to be harmonious. Like an ecosystem. We will talk about some of the things we face the most in life, especially in our culture, and that I have helped my clients and myself overcome.
